Projects
Real jobs, real neighborhoods, and what it actually took to get them done. Not a portfolio of stock photos.
A homeowner had her fence rebuilt, and the crew left all of the old fencing behind. She scheduled us for the following week on her day off. We cleared the boards, bricks, and broken pickets in a couple of hours, and took an old pool while we were there.
A homeowner in Green Valley North planned ahead and removed old furniture to make room for new pieces. We disassembled and repositioned furniture for her friend, recycled her old TV and bed set, and cleared her spare bedroom so she could convert it to a home office.
A homeowner in McCullough Hills was clearing out old water softeners, furniture, and a broken TV from his garage. After a recent car accident, he needed help removing the items. We fit him in the next morning and cleared the garage in one visit.
A family moved to Inspirada from out of town. Unpacking filled the garage wall to wall with boxes, packing paper and styrofoam. It was too much for bulk trash day, so we cleared it the day after they called.
A landlord in Cadence needed a rental cleared after evicting a tenant who fell months behind on rent. We gave the tenant a real window to come back for their things, then cleared the property and blew out the garage so it was ready to re-rent.
