Why we started
Junk removal has a reputation problem, and most of it is deserved. Prices quoted over the phone that change when the truck arrives. Crews that show up hours outside the window, or not at all. Add-on fees for “disposal” that were never mentioned. Damage to a doorframe that nobody wants to discuss.
Henderson Junk Solutions was built around fixing the specific things that go wrong. You get a firm price before anything is loaded. You get a crew that plans the route out of your house before lifting a sofa. And you get a swept floor when we leave, because a cleanout that ends with debris on the ground isn't finished.
We've been working in Henderson since 2014, and being local isn't a marketing line — it changes the work. Where your things actually go
A lot of junk removal companies advertise being eco-friendly without ever explaining what that means. Here's what it means for us in practice.
Furniture, household goods, and appliances in genuinely usable condition go to local donation partners where those partners will accept them. Metal, cardboard, and recyclable material get routed to recycling rather than dropped at a transfer station. Appliances containing refrigerant go to facilities equipped to recover it properly.
What we won't do is tell you a piece is headed for a second life when it isn't. Donation centers turn away furniture with significant stains, tears, structural damage, or pest issues, and used mattresses are almost universally declined for health reasons. When something is going to the landfill, we'll say so.
