What can move a price up or down

Volume is the main driver, but a few other things genuinely affect the work. We'd rather explain them here than surprise you on the day.

Volume
The biggest factor by far. We price by how much space your items take up in the trailer, not by the hour.
Item Weight
Dense material like concrete, tile, dirt, and roofing shingles costs more to dispose of by weight, even in small volumes.
Labor Requirements
A curbside pile loads faster than a third-floor walk-up or a backyard behind a narrow side gate.
Access Conditions
Stairs, long carries, tight gates, gated-community check-in, and limited truck parking all add time.
Disassembly
Hot tubs, sheds, swing sets, and built-in furniture need to be broken down before they can be hauled.
Special Handling
Certain items carry mandated recycling or handling steps — appliances with refrigerant and electronics are the common ones.
Disposal Requirements
Some materials must go to a specific facility rather than the nearest transfer station, which adds drive time.

FAQ

Pricing questions

The things people ask before they book.

Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our trailer, starting at $99 for a minimum pickup. A quarter load runs from $179, a half load from $299, three-quarter from $449, and a full load from $589. Those are starting points — the final number depends on volume, weight, and how much labor the job takes. You always get a firm price before we load anything.

By volume first, then by the practical realities of the job. The main factors are how much space the items fill, how heavy the material is (concrete, tile, and soil are priced by weight), how much labor is involved, how accessible the items are, and whether anything needs disassembly or special handling. We explain the number before we start — nothing gets added afterward.

Yes. Quotes are free with no obligation. You can text us photos for a ballpark number, request a quote online, or have us look at the job in person. Even after we arrive, if the price doesn't work for you there's no charge and no pressure.

No. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees are all in the quoted price. The only time a number changes is if what's actually there turns out to be substantially different from what was described — and in that case we tell you before we load, not after.

Cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected after the work is done and you're satisfied with it.
